The membership period runs from 1st June to 31st May each year, annual membership is just £50, with a £10 discount for members renewing their membership.
Current members can renew their membership for only £40 until the 1st June where this will cost £55.
All Gym members MUST be HASSRA members.

Health Matters – Back Care
Following the ‘Health Matters’ event held at Warbreck Hill, and ‘Back Care Awareness week’ in October. Physiotherapist, Pauline Munro took time out from her clinic at Carleton Treatment Centre to provide staff with advice about how to manage and prevent back and neck pain and upper limb disorders.
Following the health event, we are offering a free physiotherapy assessment to all Hassra Members.
