The current HASSRA mileage rates are as follows:
West Midlands Regional Events/Championships
- Car & Driver only = 25p per mile
- 1st passenger = 5p per mile
HASSRA West Midlands aims to offer a value for money service that includes the payment of expenses as determined by the Board of Management. Members are reminded that it is members money that pays for travel expenses therefore the most economical form of transport must always be used.
To make a claim for regional expenses, please complete the West Midlands Expenses Claim Form and ensure you read the guidance notes contained within before submitting your claim. In certain circumstances approval of expenses is required in advance of an event, e.g. should you wish to consider travelling by taxi or hiring a vehicle.
Please remember to enable macros in order to submit the expenses form by email. To ensure that the expenses form has been submitted successfully, please check your Sent Items folder within Microsoft Outlook.
